Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items sold. All sales are final.

Refunds

Since our products are perishable goods, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nextgame.co.za with details of the issue. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide appropriate assistance.
